An easy-clean oil drain system allows you to safely, easily and cleanly dispose of oil and the digital timer provides the most accurate way to set a cooking time. Dual Zone technology creates a "cool zone" located beneath the heating element prevents food from burning this unique technology reduces odor and keeps oil clean.
